A Visit to the Home of the Late Sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo
Awo, an hero, nationalist, human right activist and a pillar that held and still holding the nation (Nigeria). If his existence were to be in the black days, may be, who knows, he would be one of our gods.
Despite he came at a ripe time, he was a force, rallying point and a factor to regional and national decision. He was a founding members of the very few who laid the foundation to the Democratic destiny of Nigeria.
Baba Awolowo was and still my hero forever and I follow his legacy. He attained greatness, thought and lived his life for the poor with meritorious impacts in their lives.
Yesterday, I had a stop over at his residence in Okene, Ogun State in respect of the special invitation of Ambassador Tokunbo Awolowo Dosunmu. For up to an hour, archival materials of the late sage were demonstrated accurately backed with date.
Awolowo, you are a leader, did the best of your time. Rest on, live on. Your legacy is enviable.
